The Shield is a faith coalition dedicated to advancing Constitutional Christian values and governance in Wisconsin civics and culture.
we are building a long-term Christian Conservative infrastructure ~ ensuring voter registration, educating Faith-based communities on constitutional rights and electoral responsibilities, developing candidates for office, and holding believers accountable for Christian public mobilization. ​​​

THE PROBLEM
​
Believers consume as much spiritual food as physical food, but rarely exercise it outside church walls. Roughly one out of three Wisconsin Christians and 41% of Evangelical Protestants did not vote in the 2024 elections.
The statistics are even worse for non-presidential election cycles in which 600,000 conservatives stayed home this spring.

Although this latent base fully embraces our values, many remain apathetic and/or are completely ignorant in the workings of government and current events. Mass propaganda convinces them their involvement is useless, contributing greatly to the loss of civic Christian foundations and defeat of Conservative candidates.
​THE SOLUTION
​
We are identifying like-minded churches and Christian leaders throughout Wisconsin and building a network of biblical citizen teams held accountable to recover our lost values and culture. Each church will have its own mobilization infrastructure installed with educational tools, civic plans, and action calendars ~ in partner with the shield and nationally renowned foundational resources.
Not only will believers discover new callings by participating, but this will also help us identify candidates for state and local office.
Men, we are looking at you to lead in all of these ways. Step up.

Our outreach expands beyond churches into mass voter registration drives at revivals, concerts, and events; as well as activating the homeschooling community.
